For owners

Owners can register, provide their preferred communication channels, and use the free verified listing once the details are confirmed.

Email or phone can be used as the primary communication channel
One free verified listing is available for 14 days after approval
Listings are reviewed before they go live

For agents

Agents can onboard at launch, but phone verification is mandatory so sales and support can confirm identity and activation readiness.

A valid phone number is required for agent onboarding
Sales can manually activate prepaid credits after verification
Each paid credit powers one 30-day listing
